These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pufferfish ("the app", "the game"), a mobile game developed by Ellis App Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Pufferfish, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Pufferfish features an in-game virtual currency ("coins"). Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services outside of the app. Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual currency at any time, with or without notice.
The app may offer in-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the applicable platform. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds - please contact Apple or Google for purchase-related issues.
Pufferfish offers a challenge system where players can wager coins in head-to-head matches. By entering a challenge, you agree to pay the entry fee in coins. We reserve the right to void challenge results, withhold winnings, or reverse transactions if we detect cheating, exploitation, or any form of unfair play.
We may offer a referral program that rewards players with coins for inviting others. Coin rewards are granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system - including creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any manipulation - may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
Your display name and scores may be displayed publicly on in-game and web-based leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reset leaderboard entries that we determine to be fraudulent, achieved through exploits, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account data, virtual currency, and any associated progress.
All game content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and design, is the property of Ellis App Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without prior written consent.
Pufferfish is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellis App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
